1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting services from Blue Dragon Pressure Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all services provided to residential and commercial customers in Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida.

2. Services

Blue Dragon Pressure Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services including roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, house washing, pool deck cleaning, fence cleaning, and patio/deck cleaning. All services are performed by trained and insured technicians using industry-approved equipment and biodegradable cleaning solutions.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Final pricing may vary if the actual property condition differs significantly from what was described at the time of quoting.
• Additional charges may apply for severely neglected surfaces, unusual access requirements, or services not included in the original quote.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions that would affect service quality or safety.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers are responsible for:

• Removing or securing outdoor furniture, decorations, and pets from the service area prior to our arrival
• Closing all windows and doors during exterior cleaning
• Providing clear access to the service area, including gate codes for gated communities
• Disclosing any known property conditions that may affect service (fragile materials, existing damage, etc.)

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the cleaning quality only and does not cover pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed without damaging the underlying surface, or issues arising from customer-provided materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blue Dragon Pressure Cleaning carries full general liability insurance. In the event of property damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from the customer's failure to follow our pre-service instructions.

8. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Accounts past due by 30 days may be subject to a late fee and collection proceedings.
